Waukesha Firefighters Memorial

The entrance to the new city of Waukesha Fire Department's Headquarters is dedicated to honoring the fallen firefighters and welcoming visitors.
Artist John Rawlins has provided that unique combination with his vision of a bronze sculpture of a child looking up expectantly, at our antique fire pole.
Members of the fire department and citizen volunteers are joining together to bring a public art project into the atrium.  To blend the existing firefighter's memorial with a sculpture that resonates with each visitor, and adds a visual center to this space.
A founders group has generated the funds to commission a painting by John Rawlins of the proposed sculpture in the atrium.  From this painting a limited number of prints will be offered to raise the funds needed to create the sculpture
You are cordially invited to join other civic minded citizens interested in Honoring our fallen firefighters, and placing this sculpture in the new headquarters station's atrium with a donation.

For a $250.00 donation the donor will receive a signed and numbered print of the painting.  All donations will be publicly recognized in the atrium at the installation.  Please make checks payable to Waukesha County Community Foundation.  Mail your donation with your contact information Name, address, and phone number to:
